Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for BlueMarvel’s B2B SaaS product offerings
  • Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure individual and team goals are met
  • Provide regular sales training and enablement to the internal team and to our resellers, to help them improve their sales skills and techniques
  • Collaborate with resellers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align sales efforts with overall company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the executive team
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years’ experience and leadership in complex B2B SaaS product selling
  • Strong ‘Customer First’ focus and entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Ability to lead an initiative and progress through execution
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools

Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time
